New Vitamin Supplement Compositions Patent Granted by USPTO

Aquavit Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Aquavit”) announced today that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) has granted a new patent to the company. The latest patent (Patent No.: 10,894,062) titled “VITAMIN SUPPLEMENT COMPOSITIONS FOR INJECTION” was granted on January 19, 2021.

The ‘062 patent is directed at improved vitamin supplement compositions formulated for administration to patients from cosmetic to therapeutic applications. The novel compositions covered in the patent can be used to slow the aging process, improve skin conditions, skin appearance, and promote wellness, including treating vitamin deficiency, wound healing, scar prevention and hair loss.

With this notice of allowance from the USPTO, Aquavit has set the stage for novel vitamin compositions that can be administered to treat a specific disease or as a general vitamin supplement. In both fields, the composition will open up a new regimen for both the general public and medical professionals.
