Aquavit Pharmaceuticals

Message to AQUAGOLD customers

Dear Valued Customers and Partners of Aquavit:

RE: Illegal Piracy Activities in Korea and China

Aquavit Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a global life science company focusing on cutting edge technology. One of our technologies, micro channeling device "AQUAGOLD" is fully protected with worldwide perpetual licenses and overarching intellectual properties. We are devoted to protecting our intellectual properties and they are protected and defended with a globally recognized IP law firm DLA Piper, LLP.

We would like to address the scam letter some of you may have received by an illegal Korean operation.

They once contract manufactured parts of AQUAGOLD® fine touch™ for Aquavit Life Sciences, Inc., a wholly owned Korean subsidiary of Aquavit Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the past. However, we would like to clarify that Aquavit no longer orders parts from them due to their failure to meet the GMP compliance and countless illegal activities, including, but not limited to, trademark infringement, patent infringement, fraudulent patent claims, fraudulent GMP claims, sales of copycats and illegal products, and extremely high percentage (90%) of defectives that failed our rigorous sterilization tests.

They have been sending scam letters to several of our customers with two picture attachments. We would also like to clarify that the attached design is Aquavit’s IP. The other attached appears to be a stolen copy of our AQUAGOLD User Manual. We take such attack very seriously and have informed ITC (International Trade Commission) of the illegal activities and will be formalizing the prosecution.

We strive to best serve our customers with the highest quality products and technologies available. Therefore, it is Aquavit's duty to selectively order materials only from the genuine patent holders and contract manufacturers that comply with FDA’s GMP guidelines. AQUAGOLD® fine touch™ has always been distributed directly, and any similar products sold by a third party are fake and illegally marketed.

Lastly, we sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by the scam letter. We emphasize that Aquavit does not have any relationship or obligation with them.

Sincerely yours,
